Returns & Refund Policy


Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

For orders placed via Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover merchant processing fees.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible, a refund will be issued and a new order can be placed.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mivelle is not responsible for lost return parcels.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
