Dispatch & Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled from Australia and shipped via Australia Post.
After payment is received, parcels are typically processed and handed over to Australia Post within one business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include any applicable international duties or taxes.
For international orders, Mivelle is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or additional charges imposed by your local authorities.

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations.
For orders placed via Afterpay, a 6% fee will be deducted from any cancellations or partial refunds to cover merchant processing fees.
Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, incorrect address, or refused delivery, a $15 re-delivery fee will apply.
Alternatively, this amount may be deducted from your refund.
Parcels not collected from your local post office within 10 business days may be returned to us.
